Wildlife and Nature
You’ll often hear me grumbling that “humans are the worst”. There’s a lot less drama out in nature enjoying some peace and quiet, watching wildlife in their natural habitat, and seeing nature and creation in its glory. Nothing brings me more joy than to see beauty reflected in the wild and outdoors.
Puzzles
Puzzles and logic are an escape. Sitting down with a good puzzle is never a waste of time. Finishing a puzzle and finding a solution gives a great sense of joy. Also, escape rooms are good fun with or without friends.
Data
Similar to puzzles, my mind just works and thinks about data all day long. Having worked in essentially all aspects of the data pipeline, I am passionate about using data for good. Also, matti-[:LOVES]->graphs.
Teaching
I wouldn’t be who I am today without the many teachers and mentors that invested in me. I love trying to find different ways to connect with people and passing on knowledge and wisdom.
God
A profound passion for God fuels my life with purpose and joy.
